Due to the nature of these products, certain items may be non-returnable once opened.
To qualify for a return:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
As Frasaco teeth are supplied and sold loose, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. Due to the prevalence of counterfeit teeth in the market, we are unable to verify whether returned teeth are the same products originally supplied by us. For this reason, all sales of loose Frasaco teeth are final and non-returnable.

These timeframes apply to notifying us of an issue, not to resolving it. Once you notify us within the applicable window, we will work with you on a repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy. These timeframes are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please note: continued use of an item beyond the applicable notification window without reporting an issue may affect our ability to offer a refund or rejection of the goods, though repair or replacement may still be available under warranty or under your statutory rights.

All items included in our Starter Kits are listed on our website under their respective categories. Customers are advised to review the individual product specifications and descriptions in the relevant sections of the website before placing an order for a Starter Kit.
We take the utmost care to ensure that the products included in our Starter Kits meet the relevant GDC requirements and specifications. Please note that certain dental materials may be supplied under a different brand from the brand specifically referenced in GDC guidance. Where this is the case, the alternative product will contain the same or equivalent contents and meet the relevant requirements.
Any issues, defects, or discrepancies relating to a Starter Kit must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Reporting an issue after this window may limit the remedies we are able to offer, though this does not affect your statutory rights.
All products included in the Starter Kit are covered by a 3-month warranty, including handpieces, dental units, and phantom heads (manikin heads).
The warranty is subject to these terms and conditions and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
